Wlodek joined Kappa two weeks after the "Reformation" and immediately set about making a name for himself. His early record under Shador was excellent and he was the ideal replacement as Squadron Commander. However, his tenure was painfully brief, with his resignation coming just three months into his command. His transfer to Wing VIII's Pi Squadron came soon after, but Wlodek's career flourished away from Wing II. He built up a reputation as one of the best and toughest TIE Mission Designers and eventually became the Command Attaché to the Tactical Officer (CA:TAC).
At that position he rose to the rank of Vice Admiral, before eventually retiring to the Reserves at the start of 2001.
