                Submission of Designs - Should you have a design for a medal, 
                  award or uniform component you wish to submit for approval it 
                  must be sent to the Operations Officer who will then foward 
                  their recommendations to the Fleet Commander and Executive 
                  Officer. The submission should include suggested criteria for 
                  the item or items' usage, if applicable. Failure to follow the 
                  process of submitting the design to the Operations Officer 
                  will result in the immediate rejection of the 
                  submission.
  Approval of Designs - The Operations Officer will consider 
                  the designs submitted, and will foward their recommendations 
                  to the Fleet Commander and Executive Officer. Should the 
                  submitted design or designs pass the Fleet Commander's 
                  inspection, it will be released to the Fleet. Items which have 
                  not been through this process are considered unofficial and 
                  their use will not be sanctioned by the Emperor's Hammer 
                  Strike Fleet.
  Unofficial or Unapproved Items or Objects - All items or components 
                  used on Emperor's Hammer uniforms, be they Full Dress, Duty or 
                  Flightsuit, must be approved by the Operations Office staff. 
                  No unofficial or unapproved item or components may be 
                  used.
  Squadron 
                  Patches - The 
                  proceedure for submission of Squadron patches is slightly 
                  different to that of most other uniform components and thus 
                  must adhere to the following regulations to be 
                  considered.
  - The patch must be submitted to both the 
                  OPSA and CC'd to the Operations Officer to be considered for 
                  approval. - Only Squadron Commanders may submit a patch on 
                  behalf of their Squadron. - A non-compressed file format 
                  such as BMP should be used if possible. These should be zipped 
                  for submission. - The patch should be no larger than 35 
                  pixels wide by 45 pixels high for Full Dress and 70x75 for the 
                  Flightsuit. - A 2 pixel border is preferred around the 
                  patch to separate it from the 
              uniform.
