The Operations Manual is an online

concerning the medals and awards of the Emperor's Hammer, the
proceedures for recommending and approving of these awards, as
well as their display as a uniform. The Operations Manual is
maintained and updated by the staff of the Operations Office
and any questions should be directed to the Operations
